About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Child Psychiatry Nurse to join our client’s healthcare team in Germany. The ideal candidate will have experience in pediatric or psychiatric nursing and a strong commitment to supporting children and adolescents with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to children and adolescents in psychiatric settings
• Support patients with emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges
• Assist in assessment, treatment planning, and implementation of therapeutic interventions
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals
• Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Provide guidance and support to families regarding treatment plans and care strategies
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all patients

Requirements:

• Recognized Nursing Qualification (Diploma/Degree)
• Specialization or experience in child psychiatry, pediatric nursing, or mental health nursing
• German language level B1 or B2 (must be able to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare staff)
• Willingness to relocate to Germany and integrate into the healthcare system
• Empathy, patience, and strong communication skills
