Civil Engineer as Solution Engineer / Technical Support

Qualifications

• You have a degree in civil engineering or mechanical engineering
• Ideally, you already have experience as a structural engineer or structural designer and are familiar with structural analysis according to Eurocode
• You specialize in structural engineering/structural design, for example, steel structures, reinforced concrete, timber structures, or structural dynamics
• You already have experience in using FEA software and structural frame & truss analysis software, ideally Dlubal programs, for example RFEM or RSTAB
• You have very good German (at least C1) and good English (at least B2) skills, both written and spoken

Your Contribution to Success

• Become a structural analysis all-rounder: Your adventure begins with comprehensive training in the Dlubal programs, followed by direct contact with our users in Solution Engineering. Whether by email or phone, you will always be on hand to answer technical questions about our programs and, at the end of the day, put a smile on our users' faces.
• Informative presentations: You will assist our sales team with technical questions, training sessions, and demonstrations to ensure an optimal customer experience. You will also present our software in webinars and at trade shows, seminars, or conferences, where you will also represent our company, Dlubal Software.
• Link between application and development: You will be the interface between our customers/users and our product development team. You will gather important customer feedback, share it with the product engineers, and actively participate in the design of the software.
• Expand our Dlubal Academy : With your knowledge, you will help our users get to know the software even better. Create useful technical articles, FAQ, and product features from the questions asked.

Your Mission

As a structural engineer in technical support, you are the central point of contact for our users in the area of solution engineering. You support our customers in solving their technical software queries, provide valuable assistance, and share your knowledge in the form of webinars and product demos. At the same time, your feedback will flow directly into the further development of our products, allowing you to actively contribute to improving the software and ensuring the satisfaction of our users—always true to the motto: “Enjoy structural analysis …”
