Civil Engineer - Contract

Provides formal civil supervision per German Building Law, ensuring all foundations, earthworks, drainage, structures, and roads comply with approved design, geotechnical reports, and permits.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee earthworks, excavation, backfilling, compaction.
• Verify drainage, stormwater systems, cable trench civil works.
• Ensure compliance with geotechnical report

Inspection & Testing

• Witness compaction tests, concrete sampling, slump tests.
• Review civil ITPs, QAPs, method statements.

Documentation

• Maintain civil inspection reports, NCRs, daily logs.
• Track EPC compliance with permits & environmental conditions.
