Our clients Solar Business Unit is looking for a Civil Superintendent to manage large utility‑grade solar projects throughout the United States. This is a once‑in‑a‑lifetime opportunity to assist with some of the largest and most unique solar jobs in the country and offers excellent prospects for future growth within the business. The role requires extensive travel, but does not require relocation.

Responsibilities

• Projection reports
• Implement and monitor training of all staff personnel
• Monitor project labour
• Review and approve material, forming system and equipment needs
• Assist estimating in bidding projects
• Implement applicable safety, EEO and affirmative action programs
• Lead the project's quality process
• Develop, schedule and lead project close‑out processes

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering (preferred)
• Experience with solar or energy projects
