Your Role

As a Client Director (hybrid) at Advise Media Consulting, you will combine strategic thinking with hands on execution to support advertisers in navigating media management, agency operations, and contract compliance in an increasingly complex media landscape.

You will work closely with clients to optimize media investments, implement robust governance frameworks, and translate data into clear, actionable recommendations. In parallel, you will actively contribute to the development of our consulting services and product offerings, as well as to business growth through promoting services, new client acquisition, and agency restructuring projects.

This role is highly collaborative, international in scope, and focused on delivering measurable and sustainable client impact.

Your Responsibilities

Advise advertisers on media strategy, agency operating models, media buying, and contract compliance
Support agency restructuring and pitch management projects, ensuring agency resources and capabilities are aligned with client objectives
Design and implement governance frameworks for agency oversight across media planning, buying, and strategy
Analyse media, agency, and performance data to identify optimization opportunities and derive actionable insights
Create client ready deliverables such as dashboards, insight reports, process frameworks, and recommendations
Contribute to the continuous development and refinement of consulting services and product offerings
Foster team development by helping colleagues navigate our processes and build practical skills for client and agency collaboration
Collaborate with international teams to deliver seamless end to end consulting solutions from strategy to execution
Support business development by promoting services and contributing to new client acquisition

Your Profile

10+ years of experience in marketing, agency, consulting, or AdTech roles with deep knowledge across the media, marketing, and advertising landscape
Hands-on consultant and self-starter, comfortable managing projects end to end, thriving under pressure, and actively contributing to business growth
Experience in agency restructuring, pitches, and audit programs from client, agency, or consulting perspectives
Intellectual curiosity and passion for media, digital transformation, and emerging technologies, approaching all tasks with creativity and enthusiasm
Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills, able to build and lead client relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies
Skilled in managing and motivating internal teams, supporting team development, and fostering collaboration on complex client projects
Excellent communicator, able to simplify complex issues, inspire action, and confidently present to both groups and individuals
Proactive, ownership-driven, and adaptable in international, fast-paced environments
