Your Responsibilities

Als Client Executive Public Sector verantworten Sie die Akquise, Betreuung und strategische Weiterentwicklung ausgewählter Kunden aus dem Bereich Land und Kommune. Sie agieren für Ihre Kunden als Trusted Advisor und Sparringspartner auf Augenhöhe und begleiten sie bei zentralen Transformationsvorhaben.

• Cyber-Resilienz und IT-Sicherheit: Schutz kritischer Verwaltungs- und Infrastrukturdaten, Ausfallsicherheit, Business Continuity sowie Backup- und Recovery-Strategien
• Künstliche Intelligenz: Einsatz von KI zur Automatisierung, Effizienzsteigerung und Entlastung knapper Fachressourcen in der Verwaltung
• Digitale und Datensouveränität: Rechtskonforme Datenhaltung, hybride und souveräne Cloud-Strategien sowie Kontrolle über sensible Verwaltungsdaten
• Fachkräftemangel im Public Sector: Vereinfachung des IT-Betriebs durch Automatisierung, Standardisierung und intelligente Plattformansätze

Job Requirements

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, der öffentlichen Verwaltung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Umfeld von IT-Lösungen für den öffentlichen Sektor – auf Kunden- oder Anbieterseite
• Tiefgehendes Verständnis der Strukturen, Entscheidungsprozesse und regulatorischen Rahmenbedingungen von Ländern und Kommunen
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Digitalisierung, IT-Sicherheit, Cloud, Künstliche Intelligenz und Förderprogramme
• Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der strategischen Kundenentwicklung und im Management komplexer Stakeholder-Strukturen
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Präsentations- und Verhandlungsstärke auf Entscheiderebene sowie ein belastbares, bestehendes Netzwerk im Umfeld von Land und Kommune
• Hohe Eigeninitiative, ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und souveränes Agieren in komplexen Organisationen
• Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Reisen innerhalb des Vertriebsgebiets
• Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.
