Client Onboarding Professional - Fixed term contract (12 to 18 months)

Overview

What It's About The Client Onboarding Team at Partners Group manages the timely completion of investor file reviews prior to admission as well as on an ongoing basis. Being in a central position between all internal and external teams involved as well as clients we ensure close coordination and alignment with the aim of creating flawless client experience.

Responsibilities

• Align and agree closing dates for closed-ended fund offerings with the interested parties and coordinate task completion with the relevant teams.
• Hold regular update meetings on progress and initiate early escalation in case of challenges.
• Manage the investor transfer process.
• Build and maintain a strong network with the members of all teams involved in the onboarding process, including escalation lines.

What We Expect

• Fluent English, written and spoken (other languages are a bonus).
• Experience and confidence in client communication.
• Assertiveness and persistence in communication with internal and external stakeholders, proactive escalation of challenges.
• Solution oriented and strong sense for positive client experience.
• Adaptability to non-standard scenarios while remaining in line with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective and reliable team player.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
