You act as the main strategic partner for your clients and guide them through their social and digital growth.

You ensure your team builds strong, trusted relationships that drive long-term success for both the client and our agency.

You own the full scope of our existing German client portfolio – from overseeing campaigns to managing contracts and KPIs.

You identify growth opportunities within the German market and translate insights into action and innovation.

You lead and mentor your team to excel and grow, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class results.

You have 5+ years of experience in account management, client strategy, or a similar role within an agency or digital environment.

You have already managed and grown a team and know how to develop people while driving performance.

You have a true passion for client relationships and love helping clients unlock their potential.

You bring creativity and strategic thinking to the table and are always looking for new ways to deliver value.

You’re fluent in German and English and can communicate with clarity, empathy, and confidence across all levels.
