What You’ll Do

• Lead daily operations and overall clinic performance
• Manage and coach a multidisciplinary team across sales, service, and support functions
• Monitor KPIs weekly and implement performance improvement plans
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, training, and budget responsibility
• Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Ensure all legal, hygiene, and operational standards are met
• Support local marketing initiatives including in-clinic events and content
• Drive an excellent customer experience and maintain a high NPS (Net Promoter Score)

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years’ experience in team or operational leadership (e.g. retail, service, hospitality)
• Sales-oriented, target-driven, motivational leader
• Strong people management and organisational skills
• Fluent German and professional speaking English
• Confident with tools like Google Sheets or Excel for performance tracking
• Energetic, hands-on, with a drive for excellence.
