About You

• Be able to do the job as described
• PharmD required
• Active DE pharmacist license
• At least 1 year of post‑graduate hospital pharmacy experience preferred or PGY1

What You’ll Be Doing

• Dispense medications and ensure safe pharmaceutical care to inpatients and staff
• Collaborate with nursing and medical teams for optimal patient therapy plans
• Consult with patients and families on medication education as needed
• Maintain and operate pharmacy equipment and software systems efficiently
• Participate in quality assurance and professional development initiatives
• Support ongoing pharmacy operations and process improvement
