Our flagship product, the Manifold Vision Meter, is rapidly being adopted across global clinical trials by top pharmaceutical companies to guide drug development and improve patient outcomes in ophthalmology and neurology. As the Clinical Project Manager, Europe , you will be the operational cornerstone for the regional execution and expansion of our global clinical trials. Co-located with our engineering and data management team in Munich, you will manage the successful rollout, implementation, and operational support of the Manifold Vision Meter across European clinical sites, ensuring seamless data flow and sponsor satisfaction. This role requires exceptional organizational skill, proactive communication, and expertise in the European clinical trial landscape.

What You'll Do

• Spearhead the European operational rollout of the Manifold Vision Meter for new and ongoing clinical trials, including device logistics, training coordination, and site support.
• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for all European clinical trial sites, Contract Research Organizations (CROs), and regional personnel.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for all regional activities, proactively identifying and mitigating operational risks.
• Establish and maintain regular, high-level communication with clinical trial sponsors (Pharma/Biotech) to provide status updates, address operational issues, and ensure their requirements are met.
• Liaise closely with CROs to oversee site initiation, training, monitoring, and data collection procedures related to our device.
• Act as the operational bridge between the European region and our headquarters in San Diego , ensuring consistent global processes and reporting.
• Ensure all regional operational activities adhere to global SOPs, ICH-GCP guidelines, and local European regulations.
• Oversee site training on the proper use and maintenance of the Manifold Vision Meter to ensure high-quality, reliable data collection.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in clinical project management, clinical operations, or trial management, preferably within the medical device, pharma, or digital health sectors.
• Proven ability to communicate complex information to sponsors and clinical site staff.
• Exceptional organizational skills, a strong ability to manage multiple competing priorities, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ideally, fluency in German or other major European languages.
