Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and clinically savvy Clinical Sales Specialist to join a growing team in the orthopedic medical device space. This role is ideal for a professional with deep operating room experience and a strong background in implantable orthopedic devices who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical support during orthopedic surgical procedures, ensuring proper use and application of implantable devices
• Partner closely with surgeons, nurses, and operating room staff to deliver exceptional case coverage and technical guidance
• Drive sales growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with key clinical stakeholders
• Educate healthcare professionals on product features, benefits, and best practices through in-services and training sessions
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, leadership) to execute territory strategies and achieve business objectives

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience working in the operating room environment (required)
• Strong background in orthopedic procedures and implantable devices (trauma, extremities, or related specialties is essential)
• Demonstrated success in a clinical sales or field-based medical device role
• Ability to travel - Up to 80%
