OVERVIEW:

With growing patient need and differentiated indication, they are uniquely placed to lead in the next frontier of structural heart therapy.
You with team with Sales Managers on targeted accounts, to support product implant, customer clinical information and support, pre-case imaging, valve loading, sizing and delivery and all technical aspects of the implant.
You will also coordinate and execute customer engagement and educational activities, tactical planning, assist in product ordering, replacement, and all aspects of managing accounts and will
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Supports product implant including pre case imaging review, valve preparation, loading sizing and placement.
- Delivers technical/clinical training with physicians on-site in hospitals to encourage best practice use of company devices in the treatment of heart valve disease.
- Works closely with Sales Management to coordinate selling and clinical support needs in the account and supporting all efforts to expand implant base.
- Provides physicians and medical staff with continuous education and technical support related to all aspects of patient outcome, while anticipating and foreseeing obstacles and planning accordingly for smooth execution.
- Advocates with clinicians to uncover other opportunities to expand the use of company products.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of heart valve disease and treatment.
- Identifies potential product enhancements and new product ideas by applying an analytical approach to understanding the clinical needs of interventional cardiologists and Cardiac Surgeons.
- Gathers feedback and clinical information from the field and provides input to Marketing group.
- Develops and maintains professional, high-quality, physician relationships.
- Reviews and uses 3D reconstruction programs to transform imaging for screening of potential patients.
- Implements the therapy development strategy in its assigned region.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- 5 years of previous medical device development and/or structural heart field clinical support or hospital-based experience in an acute care environment required.
- Experience working a cross-functional team in a commercial preferred.
- Travel 80% based on geography. Proactively visits hospitals and solicits orders from present and prospective customers for the assigned .
- Vascular procedural knowledge required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentation, and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills required.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills required.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment required.
- Bachelorâs degree preferred in science related field.
- Experience in conference oral presentations and authorship of scientific peer-reviewed publications preferred.
- Technically competent, confident, and able to engage peer-to-peer with Territory Sales Managers, Marketing, and physicians.
- Training skills and experience.
