Clinical Support Specialist - Devices

We are looking for a freelance Device Support Specialist for a 6-12 month project (high likelihood to remain) to support an innovative healthcare technology project across Germany .

Responsibilities

• Train patients and caregivers on the use of a portable medical device
• Provide in-person and remote support to ensure correct usage
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues
• Conduct follow-up visits and collect device usage data
• Work closely with healthcare professionals and the project team

Background

• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, biomedical support, or clinical training
• Strong patient-facing communication skills
• Comfortable with basic technical troubleshooting
• Able to work independently in a field-based role
• Fluency in German and English (mandatory)

Location

Germany (regional travel required)
