Clinical Support Specialist - Rheinland-Pfalz, Teile Hessens und Baden-Würtemberg (7175)

Our customer is a leading medical technology company that offers minimally invasive medical devices worldwide. As a family business, our customer strives to provide the best outcome for patients and simpler and more effective options for doctors.

Due to the expansion in Germany, we are looking for a Clinical Support Specialist (m / f) for the Rhineland‑Palatinate region, parts of Hesse and Baden‑Württemberg.

Key responsibilities

• Gain excellent knowledge of the product portfolio and other, possibly related products.
• Provide technical product training to clinical staff and assist the vascular team in the use of medical devices as needed.
• Provide timely market information and appropriate feedback to department personnel.
• Research and evaluate new product ideas, provide appropriate information to the sales manager and account manager, and continuously ensure simplified communication.
• Take part in relevant local and international trade fairs, conferences and lectures, where the relevant information is passed on to the area team.

Qualifications

• C2 German and good knowledge of English.
• Experience in medical sales preferred (aortic area, radiation protection).
• Traveling.
• Product or process knowledge is an advantage.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Good number‑handling skills are an advantage.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• High self‑motivation.
