We, EYZ Media, are a Berlin-based company working at the intersection of media, software, and AI — developing innovative tools for film and content localization, from transcription and subtitling to AI-driven automation.

We’re looking for a hands-on Cloud & IT Operations Engineer who enjoys practical work — maintaining secure networks, managing devices, and supporting our cloud infrastructure (AWS, Databricks, etc.). If you’re the kind of person who likes both setting up a laptop and fine-tuning an EC2 instance, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain and secure our office network and devices
• Set up and manage laptops and user accounts (macOS/Windows/Linux, Google Workspace)
• Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure
• Support AI/data workflows (Databricks, Docker, automation)
• Monitor systems and ensure smooth daily operations

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in IT operations, SysAdmin, or DevOps
• Strong Linux and networking knowledge
• Experience with AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, etc.)
• Practical, security-minded, and proactive
• Based in Berlin and able to work on-site
