CMC Global Project Lead

We are working with a leading global biopharmaceutical company seeking an experienced CMC Project Lead to drive CMC strategy and execution across development programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent CMC on cross‑functional project teams and ensure alignment across technical, regulatory, and quality functions.
• Develop and manage integrated CMC development plans , including timelines, risks, mitigation strategies, and budgets.
• Lead CMC activities across various modalities (small molecules, biologics, advanced therapies).
• Support global regulatory filings and act as CMC contact for health authority interactions and responses.
• Manage external partners, including CDMOs and consultants, and support due diligence for in‑licensing opportunities.
• Ensure projects remain on track, within budget, and compliant with global regulatory requirements.

Profile

• Advanced degree (BSc, MSc, or PhD) with strong experience in CMC or pharmaceutical development.
• Solid understanding of the drug development process and global regulatory expectations.
• Experience working cross‑functionally in a matrix environment.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
