CMC Project Lead (Global Development)

We are working with a leading global biopharmaceutical company seeking an experienced

CMC Project Lead

to drive CMC strategy and execution across development programs.

Key Responsibilities

Represent CMC on cross-functional project teams and ensure alignment across technical, regulatory, and quality functions. Develop and manage integrated

CMC development plans , including timelines, risks, mitigation strategies, and budgets. Lead CMC activities across various modalities (small molecules, biologics, advanced therapies). Support global regulatory filings and act as CMC contact for health authority interactions and responses. Manage external partners, including CDMOs and consultants, and support due diligence for in-licensing opportunities. Ensure projects remain on track, within budget, and compliant with global regulatory requirements.

Profile

Advanced degree (BSc, MSc, or PhD) with strong experience in CMC or pharmaceutical development. Solid understanding of the drug development process and global regulatory expectations. Experience working cross-functionally in a matrix environment. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
