Commercial Business Performance Expert (m / w / d)

Experience

As the latest member of the Sales & Service group your will be at the heart of Market Intelligence for Aftersales. In this position you will play a critical role in parts and Accessories sales and profitability growth.

We want you to :

• In deep analysis of Parts / UIO and Acc / NCS performance in order to identify best practices by product group and sales channel.
• Evaluate through analysis the feasibility of alternative commercial targets e.g. : Profitability matrix / KPI’s.
• Manage the monthly P&A Sales & Profit reporting cycle with markets.
• Support NSC’S Commercial Strategy by providing tailored recommendations to implement in their 2024 Commercial Business Planning.
• P&A target calculation and support during the negotiations with the markets.
• Prepare and distribute the markets their monthly P&A Performance Report.
• Contribute to the preparation of 4 quarterly P&A Executive Summaries.
• Analyze status of Commercial Structure & Strategy from G11 Markets and top Distributor Markets.
• Conduct market analysis, both financial data, key performance indicators and the profitability streams of the business.
• Develop and monitor data quality metrics and ensure business data and reporting needs are met
• Gather information and conduct initial analysis, process the analysis into a useful summary. Provide sound business observations and rationale to support and improve NSC profitability.
• Generate new reports to support team / department objectives and decision-making.

About you :

• University Degree or equivalent
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in related position or specialization
• Good analytical and strong communication skills
• Good presentation skills
• experienced Excel user
• Fluency in English is mandatory and other languages are an advantage
