Commercial Controller - FP&A Focus (f/m/d)

We are looking for a Commercial Controller (f/m/d) with a strong FP&A background to support our business across Germany and the broader DACH region. In this role, you will combine commercial insight with financial planning & analysis to drive performance and support business decision-making.

Your responsibilities:

• Own P&L and balance sheet planning and controlling for the DACH region
• Drive budgeting and forecasting processes (FP&A focus)
• Analyze commercial performance and identify value creation opportunities
• Provide transparency on key business drivers and trends
• Partner closely with business stakeholders to challenge and improve performance
• Support project tracking, approvals, and financial reporting

Your profile:

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration or similar
• Experience in FP&A and/or Commercial Controlling
• Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis
• Knowledge of German GAAP and accounting principles
• Advanced Excel skills (Power BI is a plus)
• Strong analytical mindset and business acumen
• Fluent in German and English
