Commercial Manager – Consumer Imaging B2C (Instax) (f/m/d) – Overview
For our European headquarter in Ratingen (near Düsseldorf), we are looking for a Commercial Manager – Consumer Imaging B2C (Instax) (f/m/d).
Responsibilities
- Create, present and gain internal agreement for the Product / Price / Promotional plan (following Global & European guidelines) for each financial year.
- Understand the market data to utilise guidance from the Japanese Head Office to create a European product / price / promotional plan which maximises Fujifilm's revenue and operating profit whilst protecting / developing our market share in the relevant markets. Obtain buy-in from relevant stakeholders for this plan.
- Maintain relevant internal pricing documentation.
- Work with the European Accessories Product Manager to agree bespoke product bundling requirements within each year.
- Supply Chain Management: oversee the European stock position for Instax and approve order levels / stock levels to maximise supply while hitting stock holding KPI targets.
- If products are on allocation, oversee this process and ensure relevant guidance is given to supply chain colleagues.
- Investigate potential internal price noncompliance and communicate with Sales entities to ensure compliant practices.
- Support the ongoing development of the B2B business for Instax, coordinating with Marketing for assets, liaising with Sales entities on development, handling central opportunities, and providing reporting to Tokyo.
- Become the "product expert" for all Instax products and develop the ability to answer internal questions.
- Monthly reporting on key areas, plus additional interim/ad hoc reports as needed. Ensure that Fujifilm subsidiaries and distributors have the right product and price information and stay up to date with inquiries.
Competencies
- A business-related university degree or equivalent
- Experience in a similar role for a minimum of five years in commercial management and/or Sales
- Excellent commercial/analytical skills
- Experience interpreting data and making relevant recommendations
- Ability to create accurate reports and engaging presentations
- Able to present products / market data / commercial information clearly and concisely
- Clear communicator who builds relationships at all levels internally and externally
- Good oral and written English skills
- Ability to understand financial reporting
- Some experience of imaging marketplace or consumer electronics is preferable
