Responsibilities

• Preparation and review of offers for architecture and planning services
• Project controlling, budget planning, forecasting and economic evaluations
• Responsibility for project accounting and invoicing
• Commercial support of architecture and design projects
• Contract management and coordination with internal and external partners
• Development of transparent reporting and controlling structures
• Analysis of project budgets, cost developments and profitability
• Optimization of commercial project and finance processes
• Close collaboration with project management, management and external partners

Qualifications

• Completed studies in business administration, finance, controlling or a comparable commercial education
• Experience in project controlling, commercial project management or commercial project steering
• Experience in a project-based environment (e.g., architecture, planning, design, agency or consultancy) is highly advantageous
• Proficiency with ERP systems and financial tools
• Strong analytical thinking and numerical acumen
• Structured, autonomous and solution-oriented work style
• Very good German language skills and good English skills, written and spoken
