Freelance Commissioning Supervisor – Gas Compressor Systems

We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Commissioning Supervisor for a project based in North Germany, starting in June.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will oversee and manage commissioning activities on large-scale gas compressor systems within a major oil and gas project. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with engineering, construction, and operations teams
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project standards
• Review and approve commissioning procedures and documentation
• Manage troubleshooting and system performance testing
• Interface with client representatives and key stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in commissioning within the oil and gas sector
• Strong background in oil and gas projects
• Previous supervisory experience on site
• Availability to start in June
