About The Team Our international and agile team is looking for support from an exceptionally motivated Communications & PR Manager (m/f/d) to join our special-projects rocketry team. You will work in a dedicated, dynamic and international environment that aims for excellence by creating high-performance engineering solutions and you will need to tell that story. Responsibilities

Build and maintain a proactive media relations pipeline, including pitching, follow ups, briefing documents, interview preparation, and coverage tracking.
Manage all press operations, including inbound inquiries, media coordination, spokesperson preparation, and communications around major company milestones.
Develop and publish high quality communication assets such as press releases, statements, bylines, talking points, Q&A documents, and media kits.
Coordinate PR outreach for launch services, conferences, facility visits, customer events, and thought leadership opportunities.
Cultivate strong relationships with journalists, industry media, strategic partners, and government/defense stakeholders.
Define and maintain consistent core messaging, boilerplates, FAQs, and proof points for customers, investors, and public sector stakeholders.
Ensure alignment of messaging across all communication channels.
Prepare strategic communication materials, presentations, and briefings for the Executive Management.
Develop and steer the overall internal communications strategy across all internal channels.
Prepare leadership updates, company announcements, and internal campaigns that support clarity and engagement.
Plan and manage communications campaigns and high visibility corporate events.
Support communication activities for industry conferences, product/technology milestones, and other key initiatives.

Qualifications

Degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, Marketing, Political Science, or comparable field.
Several years of professional experience in corporate communications, PR, or public affairs — ideally in aerospace, high tech, industrial, or defence environments.
Strong editorial and storytelling abilities in English & German.
Proven experience in media relations, messaging development, and working closely with senior leadership.
Ability to translate complex technical content for diverse audiences.
Proactive mindset, creativity, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
