We are looking for a

Compensation & Benefits Manager

to join the HR COE team and help shape and implement local and international C&B strategies. This role

reports to the Head of Compensation & Benefits .

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement Compensation & Benefits programs aligned with global standards and local requirements. Support compensation frameworks, including salary structures, job evaluation, and performance-based models. Conduct market analyses and provide insights to support decision-making. Contribute to the annual compensation cycle and enhance policies and processes. Oversee benefits programs and advise HR colleagues. Support implementation of HR systems related to C&B. Your Profile: Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field. Several years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, ideally in a corporate or industrial environment. Familiarity with job evaluation methodologies. Strong communication skills in German and English. Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office.
