About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation and Maintainance of a structured Compliance Program, including risk management, internal controls, internal audit and training Development of Policy Management Processes Control and management of Whistleblowing system and strengthen other reporting processes Prepare compliance reports, analysis and documentation for stakeholders Promote compliance awareness and knowledge via training and communication Execute controls and reporting (e.G. KYC and internal audits) Coordinate legal change management (monitoring legislation processes) Assist with governance documentation, audits and data privacy tasks

Qualifications

4+ years experience and track records in compliance Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (Supply Chain & Transparency Act(s) in EU, CSRD, Global Trade Sanctions regime, DataPrivacy) Track records in global trade compliance (customs, sanctions) is advantageous Organizational talent and established project management skills Ability to work self-organized in line with companies priorities Excellent communication skills and ability for cross-functional teamwork and experience in management of a variety of stakeholders Fluent in English, German is advantageous
