Compliance Manager Leading Data Centre Construction General Contractor

The Firm A major General contractor delivering complex Data Centre & pharmaceutical projects across Europe, with a strong focus on ethical and compliant operations.

The Team You’ll support project teams, HR, HSE and Procurement to ensure workforce compliance and ethical labour practices across site operations.

The Role A practical compliance role overseeing social auditing, ethical standards and subcontractor alignment. Conduct on‑site social compliance audits Produce reports and corrective action plans Manage modern slavery and ethical supply chain queries Support subcontractor vetting and documentation reviews Deliver toolbox talks and compliance briefings Monitor compliance with labour laws and international standards Map high‑risk labour sources and support risk assessments

The Requirements Degree or relevant experience in Construction, Law, Engineering, Environmental Science or OH&S Experience in social compliance auditing Strong reporting and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to deliver training and drive continuous improvement Willing to travel nationally Reports to International Head of ESG & Sustainability
