Compliance Officer - Capital Markets (m/w/d)

• Advise business teams on compliance with German and EU regulations, including WpHG.
• Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
• Conduct compliance monitoring and support regulatory audits.
• Participate in compliance risk assessments to identify and mitigate regulatory and operational risks.
• Deliver training and guidance to front office and operations staff.
• Support reporting to management on compliance matters.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in compliance within a financial institution or German regulatory environment.
• Knowledge of capital markets operations (trading, investment banking, or related areas).
• Strong understanding of securities and banking regulations (WpHG, MiFID, MAR).
• Fluent in German and English.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
