Responsibilities

• You will advise and support our customers regarding the systems in use.
• You will be responsible for coordinating, processing, and managing customer requests.
• In addition, you will handle the technical installation and configuration of the order‑entry product as well as second‑level support for our laboratory locations.
• Furthermore, your responsibilities will include managing your own sub‑projects and implementing project tasks.
• You will ensure the stable operation of the applications in use.
• You will handle troubleshooting and error correction in collaboration with the manufacturer.
• You will manage various service providers regarding the system in use.
• Your maintenance and upkeep of the applications in use form the foundation for this.

Profile

• You have successfully completed a degree or vocational training in the IT field, or have completed training as an MTLA / MTA (m/f/d) with a strong affinity for IT.
• In addition, you have at least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable environment.
• You have basic knowledge of operating Linux systems.
• Knowledge of order entry systems (ideally with ixserv) is an advantage.
• Ideally, you have knowledge of medical data exchange formats such as HL7 and LDT.
• Alternatively, initial experience with laboratory, physician, or hospital information systems (LIS, HIS, AIS) would be advantageous.
• Good German language skills are a prerequisite for this position.
• You enjoy taking on responsibility and working in a team.
• Your solution‑ and customer‑oriented mindset, along with strong communication skills, round out your profile.
