Our Contract Implementation team in the Pharmaceuticals strategic business unit handles the reporting of contract-related information to over 18,000 pharmacies in Germany. The data we provide enables health insurance companies’ discount agreements to be implemented in pharmacies nationwide. For all reported and dispensed discounted medications, the discounts are calculated, collected from the pharmaceutical companies, and paid out to the health insurance companies. Our IT specialists ensure the payment flows between the parties involved in the process.
