About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor (m/f/d) to support and manage telecommunications construction projects across Germany . In this role, you will oversee construction activities, coordinate external service providers, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and execution of construction projects, including performance monitoring of external contractors and escalation management
• Determination of material requirements and external services
• Maintenance of documentation, databases, and operational records
• Processing and completion of operational and investment orders
• Formal implementation and monitoring of road safety measures
• Coordination with municipalities, utility providers, and development companies
• Responsibility for requesting, managing, and invoicing contractor services

Depending on the project, additional responsibilities may include:

• Technical review and approval of planning proposals for investment and expenditure measures
• Support in tendering processes and management of construction projects (expansion, conversion, civil engineering, maintenance)
• Acting as client representative and managing external service providers
• Cost, schedule, and quality control, including reporting and escalation handling

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Completed vocational training (skilled worker / certified skilled worker)
• Proven experience in construction supervision of communication networks
• Experience in service provider management and control
• Knowledge of right-of-way regulations
• Valid Class B driving licence
• Willingness to work on outdoor construction sites

Desirable Skills & Qualifications

• Basic understanding of project management
• Strong analytical thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills, particularly with authorities and public bodies
• Knowledge of data entry management
• Knowledge of construction law and order processing
• Professional / Experienced
