YOUR TASKS

Independent, target-orientated execution of planned construction projects in Greece
Ensuring the execution of demolition measures in Greece in line with the local Hagedorn construction sites
Personnel planning, employee management and delegation of tasks
Monitoring cost development and work performance
Preparation of construction invoices and measurements
Scheduling, coordination with subcontractors
Competent contact person for the client
Occupational safety and accident prevention

YOU OFFER

Relevant studies (e.g. civil engineering) or several years of professional experience
Knowledge of German and English or German and Greek
Willingness to work primarily at a location in Greece
Responsibility, quality and safety awareness
Quick comprehension and good self-organisation
Leadership experience, communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of time management for construction sites
Sound MS Office skills
Confident and open manner
Driving licence class B
