Construction Manager for Data Centre Build

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to take full responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale datacentre project in Frankfurt.

This is a site-based leadership role overseeing the project from early works through to commissioning and handover.

Key Responsibilities Full lifecycle construction management (pre-construction to handover) Management of general contractors and CSA/MEP subcontractors Programme, budget and risk control Health & Safety and quality oversight in line with German regulations Primary liaison with local councils and regulatory authorities Main on-site point of contact for all construction-related matters Coordination between contractors, consultants, and internal technical teams

Your profile Strong experience delivering data centre or other mission-critical construction projects Proven end-to-end project leadership capability Solid understanding of German building regulations and permitting Fluent German and English Willing to relocate to Frankfurt and work full-time on site
