Overview

We are looking for a Consultant or Senior Consultant Deal Advisory Private Equity (w/m/d) to join our Deals division starting from the next possible date .

Your responsibilities

Transaction Advisory – Together with your team, you will take responsibility for Financial Due Diligence (FDD) in the context of national and international M&A transactions, with a focus on advising Private Equity investors and their portfolio companies. You will be involved in exciting deals and gain deep insights into various industries and business models.
Valuation – You will evaluate and analyze the business model, operational and financial value drivers, and the growth potential of the target company for our clients.
Responsibility – You will also support our clients with a variety of deal-related activities, from complex project management tasks to assisting with SPA negotiations.
Networking – You will maintain and expand contacts with clients and continuously build your professional network.
Steep Learning Curve – You will work closely with decision-makers, benefit from a steep learning curve, and have the opportunity to further develop yourself through targeted training and international projects.

Your profile

You have completed your studies in economics with a focus on accounting, controlling, finance, M&A, corporate finance, or auditing.
As a Consultant, you have initial experience in Transaction Services, transaction advisory, or auditing, which you may have gained through internships. As a Senior Consultant, you have at least 2 years of relevant professional experience in these areas.
You have already gained experience in an international environment, e.g., during a semester abroad.
Advanced Excel skills as well as experience with analytical tools are highly desirable: familiarity with Alteryx for data preparation and/or PowerBI for data visualization.
You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. Basic knowledge of German is required.
