Consultant – Digitale Transformation Healthcare (f/m/x)

Are you ready to help shape the digital transformation as a consultant in the healthcare sector and advise various companies on this process? In the Health & Insurance Cluster we work in interdisciplinary teams on projects in insurance, healthcare, life sciences and pharmaceuticals. Our focus is on statutory (GKV) and private health insurance companies as well as customers from the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors. We set new standards for digitalisation in the respective industry and support our clients in transforming their services, processes and customer channels to meet growing user demands.

Responsibilities

Develop strategies for digital and structural transformations with a focus on the specific challenges of insurance companies
Carry out detailed analyses of existing business processes and derive concrete optimisation potential
Plan and moderate workshops with various stakeholders – from specialist departments to IT and top management – and ensure clear results
Actively contribute expertise and market/technology trends in health insurance, pharmaceuticals, life sciences and clinics to consulting projects and work with clients to develop innovative solutions
Support further development of existing customer relationships and help win new projects
Work closely with internal teams from digital product development, project management, and data & AI to create viable, practical solutions
Create compelling presentations, decision templates, and business cases for different target groups on the customer side

Qualifications

Experience in the healthcare industry (e.g., working for a healthcare company, management consultancy specializing in healthcare, or an agency focusing on this sector)
Sound understanding of industry-specific processes, products and business models in German-speaking countries
Several years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, transformation, strategy and/or change management
Degree in economics, digitalisation or management or a comparable field of study
Analytical thinking, structured work, and ability to present complex issues clearly and convincingly
Strong communication skills, professional manner, confident at all hierarchical levels
Ability to work independently, solution-oriented, maintain an overview even in complex projects
Fluent in German, very good command of English (at least C1 in German and B2 in English)
