Position Overview:
Als Teil des Deutsche Bank Management Consulting (DBMC), der globalen Managementberatung der Deutschen Bank, arbeitest du mit Führungskräften zusammen, um zur Erreichung der Ziele der Bank beizutragen. Zu unseren Beratungsschwerpunkten zählen die Umsetzung von Strategie- und Transformationsprojekten, u.a. hinsichtlich der Förderung von Innovations- und Wachstumsthemen sowie weiterer wichtiger Herausforderungen der Bank. Du pflegst engen Kontakt zu Führungskräften und baust ein Netzwerk innerhalb der Bank auf. As part of Deutsche Bank Management Consulting (DBMC), the bank’s in‑house management consulting global function, you work with senior executives across the bank to deliver impact. Our project portfolio covers a wide range of strategic and transformation topics, supporting the bank’s transformation agenda, driving innovation and growth, and addressing other pressing issues. You will work in an inclusive team that values authentic contributions and belonging.

Your Key Responsibilities

• You take responsibility for important tasks within the project team in the context of strategic issues.
• You are in direct contact with our clients in the bank and independently prepare appointments.
• You analyze problem areas and develop initial recommendations for action, presenting them to the clients.
• You prepare decision‑making documents for senior management and the board.

Your Skills And Experience

• Above‑average academic achievements in all fields (Bachelor’s/Master’s degree); professional qualification is important but personality is even more crucial.
• Demonstrated skills through practical experience or extracurricular engagements.
• Responsible, committed, with excellent analytical skills and organizational talent.
• Enjoys teamwork and possesses strong communication skills in German and English, enabling work in an international environment.
• Conflict‑capable and persuasive, able to convince others of your ideas and solutions.
• Values education and training, supporting colleagues accordingly.
