We bring deep industrial and functional expertise to fulfill our clients' needs, ranging from strategy, market management, sales and distribution, IT, organization, claims and operations to central functions and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with client teams, bearing responsibility for specific tasks, the quality of your deliverables and ensuring project milestones are reached
• Assist the team in analyzing customer needs, and developing creative concepts and concrete measures for implementation
• Contribute to business development and client pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager
• Contribute to internal projects within Allianz Consulting, including internal knowledge sharing and team events

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience in operational business or management consulting as a Full-Time Employee
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of AI frameworks, leverage AI tools in everyday tasks, and consult clients on AI adoption for successful business transformation
• An affinity for solving problems and a pronounced capacity for analytical thinking
• Your desire to make a difference and your willingness to be coached
• Your enthusiasm for working in a diverse and international team
• Your excellent command of German (C1) and English that you will use when preparing and delivering presentations and reports
• Your previously acquired skills in PowerPoint and Excel (can perform complex functions)
• Your curiosity for or knowledge of insurance and financial services and project or change management tools and techniques

Beneficial Experience / Skills

• Experience working within P&C insurance
• Affinity for data-based solutions e.g. MS PowerPlatforms and/or GenAI
• Proficiency in process design and analysis
• We highly welcome candidates with a genuine interest and affinity for Information Technology (IT) and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI), as these attributes are considered valuable assets to our team.
