Key Responsibilities / You Will Get To

• Provide expert consulting services to clients, leveraging industry insurance knowledge and best practices
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to embed sustainability principles within business processes
• Serve internal clients through leading and managing projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards under the guidance of Senior colleagues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate best-in-class implementation practices into project frameworks
• Contribute to business development and client pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager
• Contribute to internal projects within Allianz Consulting, including internal knowledge sharing and team events

Key Requirements / What We Hope You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Environmental Science, or related field. A Master's degree is a big plus
• Minimum of 2 years of consulting experience, preferably within the insurance industry
• Project Management Skills: Proven track record in managing complex projects under guidance of Senior colleagues
• Sustainability Knowledge: Basic understanding of sustainability principles and practices, with the ability to apply them in a business context
• Insurance Knowledge: Familiarity with insurance products, processes, and industry trends
• Language Skills: Native German speaker or C1 level proficiency in German; proficiency in English is required
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Background on Allianz’s sustainability projects and/or previous working experience at Allianz is a plus
• Experience working in international or multicultural environments
