What we are looking for:

Advising management in developing commercial, digital, tech, and data due diligence reports for buy-side and sell-side transactions.

Conducting (digital) business model analyses for leading private equity clients in an international context.

Supporting the development of equity stories and (digital) value creation initiatives for portfolio companies of private equity clients.

Identifying client consulting needs, structuring problems, and assisting in developing solutions.

Analyzing the strategic impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on business models and its application fields.

Maintaining close collaboration with internal digital expert teams across projects.

Preparing presentations for client projects.

Participating actively in workshops, client meetings, research, business analyses, and process development for external and internal projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, economics, computer science, or a related discipline with excellent grades.

Master's degree focusing on (digital) strategy consulting, transaction advisory, or digital marketing.

Strong affinity for technologies, including digital marketing or AI.

Strong analytical skills combined with creativity.

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Service-oriented, communicative team player with passion for the work.

Fluent in English; German is an advantage.
