Consulting Group Director (m/f/d)

Your mission

As Consulting Group Director (m/f/d), you are jointly responsible with the country organizations for the functional and disciplinary leadership of all consulting units across the myneva Group. You establish scalable structures, group-wide standards, as well as AI-enabled processes and frameworks to sustainably increase quality, efficiency, and customer value.

Your responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the group-wide leadership and further development of the consulting organization within an international matrix setup
• Design and implementation of a unified consulting operating model, including resource, skill, and capacity management
• Ensuring delivery excellence through clear governance, standards, KPIs, and scalable processes
• Development and coaching of consulting leads, with accountability for performance and quality
• Design and rollout of group-wide frameworks, SOPs, playbooks, and templates for implementation and adoption
• Strategic use of AI within consulting (use-case identification, process automation, governance, and compliance)
• Close collaboration with central and local stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Country Leadership) and structured feedback loops into product strategy

Your profile

• Several years of leadership experience in consulting or professional services organizations
• Proven experience in building scalable operating models and standardized processes
• Strong background in project, program, and portfolio management
• Experience with AI and/or automation initiatives
• High willingness to travel across country organizations
• An advantage: Industry-specific know-how in the healthcare sector
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level)
