Albeit independent, each partner can utilize the whole wealth of expertise and services of the partner-network support whilst mitigating risk exposure of each partner. Western Germany . Your opportunity This is a rare chance to
build and lead your own consultancy business
among likeminded peers while being part of an established and proven system. As a
Managing Director , you will acquire exclusive rights for a territory in North and East Germany and play a pivotal role in expanding our brand and supporting SME businesses and their owners in your region. What you will do Drive regional growth
– Launch and manage your thexton armstrong operation in your territory. Drive SME transformation
– Help entrepreneurs unlock growth, performance, and value. Develop and grow long-term relations
– Establish long term relationships with your clients and network partners and establish referral channels Be a face of the organization
– Support the lead regional organization in marketing activities and promotions. Collaborate internationally
– Work alongside other partners and our national network to share insights and best practices. Who you are: Background and Experience 10+ years in senior management, consultancy, or entrepreneurship. Broad leadership experience across key functions (sales, marketing, finance, business development, or operations). Proven track record of driving business performance or building successful ventures. Ideally B2B experience in the German SME sector. Strong strategic and commercial acumen. Entrepreneurial ambition with a long-term mindset. Leadership and mentoring skills, able to inspire and empower others. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with Managing Directors and business owners. Fluency in
German
and business proficiency in
