Our international Marketing team, based in Munich, is seeking a motivated full‑time Content Creator (m/f/x) focused on TikTok & YouTube Shorts to become part of our company in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, film, and produce engaging short‑form videos for TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
• Cut and edit videos, optimized for performance and retention.
• Develop and test new formats, trends, and storytelling approaches to maximize engagement.
• Capture authentic behind‑the‑scenes moments that give real insights into our brand and daily operations.
• Create entertaining content that people genuinely enjoy watching, beyond traditional advertising.
• Stay on top of social media trends and adapt them quickly into relevant content.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Design and Product teams to align content with brand direction.

Qualifications

• Experience in filming and editing short‑form videos (CapCut or similar tools); a proven track record of creating high‑performing, widely engaging content is a bonus.
• Strong understanding of platform‑specific culture and dynamics on TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
• Good sense of storytelling, pacing, and what makes people stop scrolling.
• Confidence presenting yourself in front of the camera.
• Creative mindset with willingness to experiment and try new things.
• Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus, not required).
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and hands‑on mentality.
• Interest in golf and understanding of the sport's culture and community is a plus.
