Your Role Support the marketing team in

creating, editing, and publishing social media content

across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter). Assist in

video editing

and short-form content production (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts). Brainstorm and

execute creative social media campaigns

that resonate with our audience. Optimize posts based on

performance insights and engagement metrics . Research industry trends, competitors, and

viral content strategies

to keep Ahead at the cutting edge of social media. Work closely with our

design and content teams

to ensure a consistent brand voice. Lead the outreach

and communication with

purpose aligned creators

across the world

About You You live and breathe social media.

You know what’s trending and can turn ideas into high-performing content. You’re a natural storyteller.

You can craft engaging posts, captions, and videos that hook viewers. You’ve already gotten your hands dirty.

You’ve edited videos, built your own social media presence, or worked on content projects. You have experience with video editing tools.

Whether it’s CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or another tool – you know how to bring content to life. You’re data-driven.

You track what works, adapt strategies, and aim to improve engagement rates. You’re proactive and eager to learn.

You love experimenting, testing, and growing in a fast-paced startup environment. You want more than just another job.
