We’re looking for a Junior Content & Social Media Manager to help translate complex topics into engaging stories and elevate Atmen’s visibility on LinkedIn, our newsletter, and website.

As part‑time, you will spend ~40% of your time on knowledge management for regulatory and market topics, working closely with the regulatory sales team to structure and maintain content assets.

Responsibilities

Content & Copywriting — Draft and edit LinkedIn posts, newsletters, website content, press releases, case studies, product updates; research energy policy updates; maintain tone, accuracy, consistency; collaborate with design and product teams; assist with basic SEO/SEO; satisfy AI tools.
Social Media & Community — Plan, schedule, and publish content on Atmen’s LinkedIn; track engagement; research industry trends, events, competitor activity; support PR outreach; develop new formats and ideas to keep strategy engaging.
Knowledge Management — Create, maintain, and organize a centralized knowledge base for content, assets, industry‑specific info; leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency; foster internal culture of knowledge sharing with regular team check‑ins.

Qualifications

Must‑haves : genuine love for writing, clear, engaging copy from scratch; previous experience in content or social media through internship or entry‑level; background in communications, journalism, or PR; excellent writing and editing in English (German or French a plus); curiosity for energy, sustainability, regulation or climate tech; proactive, organized, collaborative; familiar with LinkedIn, Notion, Google Workspace or similar tools.
