Continuous Improvement Manager (Remote)

Your role will involve defining training concepts, conducting workshops, and analyzing data/video streams to identify improvements in assembly operations. You'll extract insights, develop measures, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams. Acting as a trusted advisor in lean manufacturing, you’ll present improvement measures, monitor effectiveness, and stay updated on industry trends. Strong communication skills (English; German a plus) and 3+ years of lean manufacturing experience are essential.
