Then come and join our global team as Contract Accounting Team Leader to help on contract accounting and become an expert regarding revenue recognition.This role is open across the entire EMEA region and can be performed from any location within EMEA.

Your role:

• Define and implement Contract Accounting standards and guidelines
• Organize and coordinate Contract Accounting operations
• Ensure IFRS compliance in reported contract KPI´s
• Define and implement internal control system in Contract Accounting processes
• Cooperate with local CFOs, controllers, contract administrators and other stakeholders on Contract accounting operations
• Leads team of up to 15 contract accountants
• Actively participate in projects within an international environment (e.g., Digital Transformation)

Your expertise:

• A Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a finance subject matter expert, with strong, hands‑on knowledge ofIFRS 15 .
• In-depth understanding of financial value flows, including relevant rules, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• A strong track record of collaborating with stakeholders and clearly communicating complex financial insights.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including people management and talent development experience.
• Practical experience and a proven track record of working withP58 .
• Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional European language (Spanish, German, French, etc.) is a strong advantage.

The listed salary reflects market conditions in Slovakia. For candidates based in other EMEA countries, compensation will be aligned with local market standards.

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: starting from2500EURbrutto /month + VAR*
