Join Infopro Digital Automotive - and make supplier contracts work at scale
Infopro Digital Automotive builds digital products, solutions, and content for the Automotive Aftermarket. In our new Sourcing & Partnerships team, you ensure that third-party data/content contracts are operationally tight, compliant, and fully leveraged - so teams can deliver globally with confidence.
Why this role?
• Own the operational backbone of supplier contracts across countries and time zones
• Turn contractual rights into usable access, reporting, and renewals—cleanly and consistently
• High visibility at the interface of data, product, content teams and external providers
Your responsibilities
• Run contract administration end-to-end (access rules, users, reporting, dates, renewals, compliance)
• Coordinate with Data & Content teams to maximise value from third-party sources (400+ FTEs, 7 locations)
• Manage supplier accounts and licenses, incl. Limato access and utilisation control
• Track supplier topics (issues, negotiations, new product discussions) and drive resolution
• Act as day-to-day liaison for data providers (incl. major OEMs) and keep stakeholders aligned
• Produce clear usage/compliance reporting and flag risks early for decisions/escalations
• 2–5 years in supplier contract ops/administration; automotive/aftermarket is a plus
• Strong contract literacy (clauses, obligations, compliance); legal basics helpful
• Fluent English; German or French preferred (another European language is a plus)
• Structured, detail-driven, reliable execution across multiple parallel topics
• Confident communicator with internal functions and external suppliers
• Proactive, curious, solution-oriented; comfortable asking the right questions and pushing follow-through
