ROLE: Project Manager
LOCATION: Hamburg, Germany
SALARY: Negotiable
DURATION: 1 year rolling contract
Job Tasks
- Project management for laboratory / office expansion
- Representing the division
- Maintain an overview of various workstreams and their alignment including reporting at SteerCo GF level
- Responsible for workplace strategy
- Interface between broker / CBRE, to project developers and laboratory users
- Business development / strategic planning
- Financial planning
Your Profile
- Senior project manager
- Experience in change management
- Nice to have: project development in the real estate sector and in the semiconductor sector
- Engineering knowledge is an advantage
- Strong communication skills, also on C-Level
- Self-confident demeanour
- German / English fluency
