Job Qualifications: Three years of office/business experience and one year of contract/procurement experience. Or Bachelor's degree to include business management and one year of office/business experience including contract/procurement experience.

• BACHELORS DEGREE - Preferred

Major/Minor (one Of):

• BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION - Preferred
• BUSINESS MANAGEMENT - Preferred
• SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT - Preferred

Additional Qualifications/Requirements: NO PCS ENTITLEMENTS FOR THIS POSITION. ILS MAY BE AUTHORIZED. NON-LOCAL NON-PCS TRANSFER, WITH NO OVERSEAS ENTITLEMENTS.

Technical (Preferred/Required Skills/Systems):

• MICROSOFT OFFICE PRODUCTS - Required
• ORACLE IPROCUREMENT SYSTEM - Preferred

Major Duties:

• Under direct supervision, develop, prepare, and administer routine contracts, bids, and proposals.
• Participate in contract negotiations and execute tactical sourcing activities.
• Confirm necessary procedural controls exist. Identify any potential risk or compliance issues.
• Ensure all contract documentation is compliant with organizational and regulatory standards. Prepare reports as needed.
• Manage vendor relationship, monitoring vendor performance to include compliance, quality, and service. Resolve associated issues promptly.
• Collaborate with business units, suppliers, and key stakeholders. Act as business advisor to internal customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
