Contract & Tender Manager - Immunohistochemistry

Kinara Group is supporting a leading organisation within digital pathology and diagnostic solutions as they expand across Europe.

We’re hiring a Contract & Tender Manager to own tender strategy, bid management and commercial contracting across key markets.

The Role

This position sits at the centre of commercial operations, responsible for managing end-to-end tender processes and contract negotiations across public and private healthcare customers.

You will work closely with sales, finance and leadership teams to ensure competitive, compliant and commercially strong submissions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end management of tender processes across UK and European markets
Develop and execute bid strategies aligned to commercial objectives
Prepare high-quality, compliant tender submissions across NHS and international frameworks
Manage contract negotiations, pricing structures and commercial terms
Work closely with Sales to align tender strategy with pipeline and key accounts
Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal and procurement requirements
Coordinate cross-functional input from finance, legal, product and leadership teams
Monitor tender pipelines, deadlines and success rates
Maintain understanding of competitor positioning and market dynamics

What They’re Looking For

Experience in tenders, bids or contract management within diagnostics, medtech or healthcare
Strong understanding of NHS or European procurement frameworks
Commercial mindset with ability to balance competitiveness and profitability
Strong stakeholder management across sales, legal and finance teams
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple submissions
